Thanks for all the screenshots youâve provided! Theyâre much appreciated and they really help.
From what I can see from your first screenshot (the one from the âAll filesâ tab), thereâs an estimate size showing for your shared folders.
Since the âJo" folder is 326MB, can you also try to calculate the size of the âGlen" folder and let me know what you find?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
Yeah, the size has now been updated and matches. I thought it was just calculating the 'Jo' folder incorrectly due to ignoring the subfolders, and since there are no subfolders in the 'Glen' folder, I didn't realise it was miscalculating that one as well.
