Hi there Tiggy1955  and welcome to the Dropbox Community. I’m really glad to hear your storage issue is resolved and thanks so much for coming back to update us!

I’m Theresa 👩‍💻, one of the community managers here on the forum. I love popping into conversations like this or starting new ones. Since you’re using Dropbox on Apple devices, I’d love to know... how are you finding the experience? Do you have a favourite feature that makes things easier on macOS or iOS?

    Looking forward to hearing more,

    T😸 (Dropbox Community Manager)

Thanks.  I have a folder called "Archive" that appears to be the size of the space used but it won't let me delete it!

Update:  The Archive folder is now smaller after trying to delete and has freed up some space but it now shows an error.

Update:  Files now gone.  I'm being impatient!!
