Extra 25 gb not popping up

hello,
I got a new computer, with which an offer of extra 25 gb in dropbox was included.  
I signed up for that, but the extra space isn't reflecting in my settings...

    If the app wasn't pre-loaded on your device, it seems that the device wasn't eligible for this promotion unfortunately.

     

    I can suggest checking out this article, which has some more info on the promotion and which devices are eligible.

    Hey there varrooonn!

     

    Can you just confirm for me which promotion you received the pop up for? Is this a HP computer?

     

    Also, was the Dropbox app pre-loaded on your device?

    Yes, 

    It is a HP device. I kept getting notifications from the hp application untill I actually signed up for the extra 25 gb...

    I had to download dropbox, as it was not pre loaded into my device.

    I understand that, but I don't know why HP would do this, (why I was offered that offer when it was not valid. )
