how to reset/format my dropbox storage

Hi,

i encounter a problem with my Dropbox, its shows that it's 84% full although i deleted all my Dropbox context by the WEB interface.

in order to resolve the issue - i did the following, w/o a lot of success 😞

1) i signed out from my computer and mobile applications

2) deleted all content from the WEB

3) signed in again to desktop and mobile, and verified that they are empty

4) checked the storage usage - still no change

5) went over other similar problems in the Dropbox community w/o any luck.

 

my question is:
how can i format/reset/clear all my dropbox content so it will show no usage?

    Have you checked your Backups page?

    its seems to me that all is empty

    and still its shows that there are lots of content in my dropbox

    Hi Megan,

    1st thanks a lot for your response.

    i did all and still no luck 😞

    also, i deleted all the folders in the Dropbox via the WEB API

    please see all screenshots

     

     

    all files

     

     

     

    photos

     

    shared

     

    deleted files

     

     

    backup folder

     

     

     

    please advise

    Hi Megan,
    another thing - if i can reset/format my dropbox in order to resolve this issue - thats OK by me

    all my data is backed up and safe.
