I did not get the 25GB storage from the Asus promotion

Hi community,

 

after buying a new Asus notbeook yesterday I installed everything today including My Asus with Dropbox which promised me 25GB for registering. I signed in with my already existing Dropbox accoungt but the 25GB never showed. Dropbox is still installed and I didn't do anything else.

Is there a way to still redeem the promotion? What did I do wrong?

    I recently tried to claim my free space with my Asus laptop and I didn't get the additional space... Only 2gb.

    i have a new laptop with myasus installed, i tried many times to install Dropbox from inside MyASUS -- to claim the 25gb promo -- but it just wont install?
    i also tried resetting windows, making a new user account and installing Dropbox from the Dropbox website ---- it does install but i can't claim the 25gb 1 year promo that way? i also tried clicking the claim button from MyASUS after manually installing dropbox but still nothing happens.

    Any help?

    Hi. I also just bought a new ASUS and when I try to download drop box for the free 25G it just keep saying its downloading. I know it doesnt take 30 minutes to download or claim.  Please help.
