I don't see all my files on www.dropbox.com and I'm running out of hard drive space.
I spent nearly 2 hours with customer support and they said they needed to escalate my case to someone else. The someone else sent me a link to the general Dropbox information to read through volumes ...

2 years agocaryldillon, if you delete files from the local Dropbox folder on your computer, these files will also be removed from your Dropbox account online, which is why youâre getting this message (this is what I understand at least from what youâve described).
Also, do you mean that youâve added files recently to your desktop app and you canât see them on www.dropbox.com? Can you clarify the current syncing status of your Dropbox app?
