I got my account deleted in 2019 and lost all the free storage
I need to use dropbox again, but I lost all the free storage that I used to have. Is there any way to get it back?

No, unfortunately. Once an account has been deleted there's no way to recover the account, the files that it contained or any bonus space that you previously earned.
