I keep getting this warning email, why?
Even though i am on basic plan, 18gb and have almost 5gb free, i have to get this email everyday. "Eligibility confirmed: Dinh, you'll lose access to your files if you don't act soon!" .... "Not...

I am having the same problem. Daily I am receiving emails to say my storage is full and whilst it was, I have since upgraded and am still receiving the same urgent emails. Others do have access to add files but I am only using 3.9gb of 2TB - so I do not understand what is going on. Please can you assist?
