I received a 25GB HP Promotional dropbox space increase, yet I should have received 100GB
Hello,
I took some time to review the terms of your HP Promotion:
https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/space-storage/hp-promotion
The table indicates that HP Devices purchased on or after 9/1/2020 are to have a promotional offer of 100GB of Dropbox space for 12 months.
I purchased a HP 15t-dy200 Touch Laptop directly from HP's website on 11/26/2020. This laptop was assembled new on 12/03/2020, and was delivered on 12/10/2020. By all accounts it should have the 100GB Dropbox offer, however it only came with the 25GB offer through the pre-loaded software, which was added to my account.
Is there any way that support can fix this? I have receipts for my laptop purchase.
Thanks.

Hi abhinavj86, there has been another email since then, if you could reply to that message the agent would be able to assist further via email.

Hi Jay and Walter : I had sent a query on the mail chain which was going on but seems it has bounced, hence putting it here.
I understand based on your previous email, that the validity of this offer has been extended by 1 year. However, I received an email couple of days back saying it is expiring by 5th Aug 2022.Can you please confirm on when is it expiring? 5th Aug 2022 or 5th Aug 2023?If it is expiring on 5th Aug 2022, then how am I even supposed to use this space in next 10 days? Hence, request you to extend it further. - Megan4 years ago

Hi abhinavj86, how are you today?
I was able to locate your previous email, and the agent mentioned that the space will be available for 365 days, therefore a year.
Now as to when it's going to expire, I can see that the agent sent you the email reply on July 14, 2022 therefore it'll be a year after that date.

Hi Megan , thanks for confirmation. I am only worried about the email coming from dropbox about it getting expired in Aug'22. Is there any place in dropbox website where I can check the real date?

Hi @Megan I just bought a HP Envy computer 2 days ago.
There was a 'Dropbox Promotion 100GB' app, but after I download Dropbox app from website the promotion app is removed.
How can I bring it back? & How can I use the promotion?
Thank you.
