I sent two referrals but didn't receive the extra space
Hi,
Recently I sent invitation to my mom. She accepted link, but I didn't receive extra storage - status "Ineligible".
Then I sent another link to my friend. He accepted link, but the status is "...

If she uses the same computer, or you're on the same network, the referral will likely be considered ineligible. She needs to install the Dropbox application on a unique computer (one that never had Dropbox before). If you're using separate computers and you're just on the same network, Support might be able to assist, but usually ineligible means ineligible.

Did he create his Dropbox account using the same email address that you sent the invite to, and has he installed Dropbox on a unique computer? Mobile devices do not count. for referrals.

My mom and my friend have separate computers (laptops). They have never used to install dropbox on their pcs.

Hi from me too, Vladimir! Is there any chance that your mom had the same IP address as you when she accepted your referral?
As for your friend, can you go to this page and send me a screenshot of what you see? Just make sure to hide his personal details.

My mom use mobile Internet, and I use fixed Internet. So ip addresses are different.
As for my friend, I will try to do it today later.
