Hi again, Vladimir! I can see that Megan logged a ticket for you last week. Did you get the chance to go through her last message?
Did your friend follow all of the required steps and the referral is still not working?

From what I can see, the ticket was closed due to inactivity, since there was no reply to Megan’s last email.
However, if you go to your email address and open the ticket again, can you try to reply back? This should generate a new ticket (with a new ticket number) and our support team will look into this further.
