I sent two referrals but didn't receive the extra space

Did your friend follow all of the required steps and the referral is still not working?

Yes, I got her message, but then she closed the ticket.
Internet was over phone, not fixed.

From what I can see, the ticket was closed due to inactivity, since there was no reply to Megan’s last email.
However, if you go to your email address and open the ticket again, can you try to reply back? This should generate a new ticket (with a new ticket number) and our support team will look into this further.

I tried twice, but I got the following email
"Hi,
