I'm getting notifications that I'm out of space, but Dropbox shows 0 files/folders.

Dropbox Plan
Standard
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Windows 11 / Microsoft Edge

Question or Issue
I keep getting notification that my dropbox is over the limit. when I look in dropbox on my computer or on my phone (android) it says there are 0 files 0 folders. It keeps wanting me to upgrade but I am not confident I would see my files even if I upgraded. Everything I've read says I should still be able to see my files/folders even though it says it is full. No one shared files/folders with me, I don't share files/folders with anyone.

    Can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your Plan page here

    Have you also checked your Backups page to make sure you don’t have any backup files that could be taking up your Dropbox storage? If you have, you can delete them this way

    Let me know what you find.

    Thank you for the information, I had no idea the backups were somewhere else. I found it and deleted it, my drop box is no longer over the limit.
