I'm over my storage limit but can't access my files to delete them
I have exceeded the storage limit for quite a while, but both the website and app will not allow me to access the files to delete them. How do I get to the files so I can delete and stop the emails trying to get me to upgrade?
Thanks

Hey MeganM, sorry to see that you're having an issue accessing your files.
Can you give us some more details on why you can't access them?
Any screenshots that would better explain the issue, are welcome.
Thanks in advance!
