I'm receiving an error that I'm out of storage but I'm not.
Dropbox Plan
Basic
Device
Windows laptops and PC
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Windows 11
I'm on Dropbox basic But because I've recommended a number of people to the service, I have a storage capacity of 8.5 gb. I am currently using 2.5 gb. But I am repeatedly getting error messages saying I've exceeded my allowance and my files are no longer syncing. As I'm on Basic, there doesn't seem to be any way for me to contact Support to resolve this issue.
Any suggestions?

Also, have you checked your Backups page? You might have a backup taking up your extra space.
