It seems my storage is full, but when I log in I have more than enough.

Grateful for advice     message from Dropbox that my storage space is full

But when I login to Dropbox there is well over 1TB free

    Hey adrian fourcin, I hope you're doing well!

     

    Would you mind clarifying where you see the initial message that your storage is full? Is it within the desktop app, or somewhere else? 

     

    Also, what do you see when you access your account's plan page here? Feel free to send me a screenshot, in order for me to have a visual too.
