I've deleted many files from my account, but I'm still over-quota.
I deleted a bunch of files but it still says I have over 7gb. That hasn't been updated and I can't use the scan feature because I'm over the limit

Have you checked your Backups page here to make sure there arenât any files taking up your Dropbox space?
If thatâs not the case, Iâd like a screenshot of what you see at your Plan page here.
