I've referred a friend to Dropbox, but the referral has been marked ineligible.

Hello, I referred my friend to Dropbox (they didn't have Dropbox) and they installed it from the link I sent them and started using it, but I didn't get the extra storage space I should get for ref...

Did they install it on a computer or a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.)? It needs to be installed on a computer, and one that has never had Dropbox installed previously.
