I've referred a friend to Dropbox, but the referral has been marked ineligible.

Hello, I referred my friend to Dropbox (they didn't have Dropbox) and they installed it from the link I sent them and started using it, but I didn't get the extra storage space I should get for ref...

They installed it on their laptop which has never had Dropbox before

Hey Jad Nassar, can you also ask them to make sure that they've verified their Dropbox email address?
