Message that I am using my full 10 GB, yet my dropbox is empty?
Hi, All of a sudden, my free Dropbox, with 10 GB earned, won't sync anymore, telling me I need to upgrade, because I am using all my 10 GB. However, my box is empty! How is this possible, and ...

Hi,
This is AnnieB2 had to create a new name when trying to log in, it nagged that Annieb1 was already taken??
Of course, I created it yesterday. Not sure why I can not simply log in...

This is the message that occurs:
"Check immediately: your Dropbox is full and no longer syncing. Upgrade to get up to 3 TB (3000 GB) of storage"Below my plan page:
This is my homepage:
AHA, the backup page contains 10 GB!!
I have no idea how that backup came there, I normally do not take a backup to Dropbox.
I will remove that backup, and I assume all will start working just fine.

Could you please let us know what's reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota?
Do you see any files or folder in your account's homepage or on this page perhaps?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there, Annie.
