My account stopped syncing, but it seems I'm using 187GB out of the 2GB.

Hi my sincere apologies, I completely misread that, you are correct its 187GB NOT 1.87, wow big miss on my part- and yes I had downgraded... so it all makes sense now and I'll have to upgrade it seems. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for your reply. It's the shared folders that I have to keep, I deleted all backups and everything I don't need actually. And it's 2.75gb that are allowed, not 2gb (my mistake), and yes the free plan... so with 1.87gb of storage I'm using, I have nearly 1gb left, why would it not continue syncing with that much left?
Thank you,
Sarah

7 months agoHey sarah777, thanks for checking!
Just to make sure we're on the same page here: do you use 1.87GB or 187.32 GB as you initially mentioned?
Can you send me a screenshot of your account's plan page, in order for me to have a visual?
Also, did you happen to have a paid subscription in the past? I'm asking, because that would explain how the account ended up being over its allocated storage space.
