Customer is unable to free up storage space in their Dropbox account. Despite deleting files, clearing cache, and checking recently deleted folders, the account still shows 8.3GB used out of 8.8GB total storage.

Hey ahmad8rm, thanks for posting today!
Let's see what we can find out about this; can you please send us a screenshot of what you see on this page?
That is the Plan page of your account settings and should show us how your space is being used.
You mentioned that you don't have any backups, but if you perhaps have any shared folders, keep in mind that these take up space in your account as well.
Keep me posted!

Hi ahmad8rm,
While you look into this, I'd recommend that you, or any other Community members experiencing the same issue, read through our Storage Space FAQ page.
It covers "My account is empty but Dropbox says it's full".
