My Dropbox is full and I want to transfer my backed up files to an external hard drive instead
My Dropbox is full (because of backups) and I want to transfer the backups to my external hard drive backup storage instead. How do I access the backups and do that?

You can access your backups from the Backups page.

Hey Ian McK, thanks for reaching out to us.
There's no way to directly transfer or move your backups to an external drive.
You can access and download them to your computer from your backups page and then move them to the location you prefer.
I hope this helps!
