Having resolved the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling, the messages have started again for no apparent reason, see below.

From what I can see, the previous ticket Nancy opened for you, was sent to our specialists.
Since it's closed now, can you see if you can reply to it, to open a new, follow-up ticket to let the team know you're having this issue again?
