My Windows 10 PC shows 1.5 GB free space on Dropbox, but the Windows 11 PC says it's full, why?
My win 10 pc show me 1.5 GB free space. My new win 11 pc show me FULL space!!! What to do?????

2 years agoSorry not sure what the install and uninstall has to do with the questions asked hasemir ?
If you have a Dropbox account reporting 2 different quotas, the issue is almost certainly, as @Rich said, in that you have accidentally logged in to or set up a second account when doing the above.

Well, as I said!
- Dropbox on win 10 ,no problem (see image 1)
- I have uninstalled Dropbox from Win11 PC! So there is no more Dropbox on it!
- when I try to access Dropbox via Win 11 PC / Google to log in, I get the message that my account is used up, and I should "upgrade"! (see picture 2)
Please note that I am an absolute beginner, and need help to install Dropbox on my new Win11 pc!
So please, can someone help?

Thanks for the image... they help.
As I said you are using 2 different accounts. Windows 10 is linked to an email address starting img-rem@ and the Windows 11 one is linked to gr-rem@So that's what is causing your issues. You have 2 accounts. One logged in on each device.
