No space available after downgrade

Hey all,   I just downgraded from a pro account back to basic. Before I got a pro member, I've had 6GB of space. Thought I would get these 6GB back after downgrading but it doesn't seem so.   Aft...

Could you check the total quota on your account from this page on your account?

 

A screenshot of this in your next reply would help greatly!

    Hey Jay,

     

    OK it says that a backup uses the rest of my 6,75 GB storage. So how can I remove those backups?

        In addition to this, you can delete the backup by following these steps.
