Not enough storage and missing files after accidentally setting up Dropbox Backup

Hello! I have a client that didn't realize he must've clicked for Dropbox to backup his files, despite having a free account with only 2 GB. Well he got a new computer, and his old drive was cloned...

Ah man, that sucks šŸ˜ž I can totally see why your clientā€™s stressed. Itā€™s super annoying when stuff you expect to be there just doesnā€™t show up.
