Re: Online my account is full but on the desktop app it shows less space is used.

In dropbox, it is written '55.54 GB  of 102 GB used', but the problem is that all the uploaded files that are visible to me are of only 24.69 GB.

I don't know what file is using up rest of the 55.54 GB of occupied space which is being shown

as you can see here in the 2nd attachment, these are the folders uploaded, I have kept these folders only on the cloud, and if you add it up, it totals up to 24.6496 GB, Please help me, because I can't find where the rest of storage is being occupied
