Referral Bonus Not Eligible
I have referred my friend via my link, Dropbox was installed in a brand new PC out of the box yet the referred account and my account, the status states it as "ineligible". How can this be rectified...

Can someone else help me rather than Hannah? This is not rocket science and wort wait till Monday. If we don't get this resolved, we'll be glad to go to OneDrive. Thank you.
