Referral request was marked as ineligible

Hello,

I sent invitation for my friend and we both received Ineligible status. He said that he haven't had account before. He is coworker. He installed application on different PC, but it was in the same network. So, he installed application at home PC later too, but status didn't changed.

Is there something what can be done about it? I think that we both should fulfil conditions to earn bonus space.
