space earned not avaliable
My account has 7.75 gb of earned space but i am not able to access it . The dropbot is no help does any one know how i can access the space i earned

i dont beleive im using dropbox for backup it looks like they have not honoured the earned extra space i have

What do the plan tab in your account settings report about your space usage and your bonus space?
And how are you getting notified that you're out of space? Are you getting some kind of email notification?

Hey JFC1812, does your Dropbox account use the same email address where you received the message about the space? Could you have a second account under a different email address?

Well, spotted that was in fact the case it was an account i did not realize i had thanks for the help
