Storage full message, even though my account doesn't seem to be.
I have an empty drobox folder because it hasn't been used yet but I received the warning "Important Notice: Your Dropbox is full and syncing has stopped. Upgrade to get up to 3TB (3000GB) of space." What should I do?
Ciao Megan,
Sorry but I'm Italian and I have to translate both what I read and what I write. In Arealta I had an active backup of a pen drive, backup activated by mistake. Now I deleted it, but I still see the error message

I specify that I have a basic 2 GB plan, but I repeat that in the Dropbox folder there are no documents except for one folder which is also empty.

Hey Vinicio, let's jump right into this!
I'd like for you to try an access your plan page online. What do you see there?
It should specify what's taking up your Dropbox quota. Could it be that you have any active Backups?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
Thanks so much for your suggestion, now the warning is gone so you helped me solve the problem. Thanks again!
Bye!
