I'm having storage issues on my Dropbox plan
I am paying for 5TB of storage every month, but I have 7TB that I am using currently. I have no idea how I am storing so much. Can you show me what is so big? I want to delete it! Also - could it be items shared with me? Can you help me see what the biggest files are.

Hi austinclark, thanks for messaging the Community.
It sounds like you're on a Dropbox team, as you mentioned you have 5 TB of quota.
You can check to see how large your folders and files are on your Dropbox account by following these steps, which will allow you see the sizes on the Dropbox site.
You can then choose to delete any files or folders from your account online using these steps.

One thing to check is http://www.dropbox.com/backups as well :)
