The 16 GB for referrals lost ???
Today my Dropbox capacity went from 27GB to 2GB, even though I went to the "16GB for referrals" section it was still there. How to get back free data to use again

I have been using Dropbox since the service was first established, and have been using 27GB for the past time. Today, the plan has returned to 2GB and no longer syncs.

That's now what your screenshot shows. The screenshot shows that you have an account capable of storing 27.98 GB of data. Where, exactly, does it show that you only have 2 GB of quota? Make sure you check the Plan page, as Mark suggested. Also, your Referrals page will show you a list of all the bonus space you've earned, along with any that may have expired.
