Warning that my files will stop syncing when I have over 600GB!

I'm receiving intense warnings and emails from Dropbox saying I'm out of space:

Your files will stop syncing soon.   Your Dropbox storage is reaching maximum capacity. Adding one more file could fill up your account—and keep you from syncing and accessing your files when you need them.

Just checked, and I have over 600GB free?

Hey discofuel, thanks for posting on our Community!

Can you please let us know if you happen to have more than one Dropbox account? Is the email address you're getting those email notifications an exact match with the one you see on your settings online?

Also, have you confirmed the email is coming from an official Dropbox domain?

Let me know what you find!

    Hi Walter,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have a single Dropbox account.

Yes, official domain, same email, same account. I'm even getting notifications on Dropbox.com and in the app.

    Just got another email today:

It’s time to upgrade your account
We noticed your Dropbox is almost full. Your files will stop syncing once you reach maximum capacity.

Hi discofuel, hope you don’t mind me jumping in.

Out of curiosity, how many emails have you received so far about this?
