Where has my space gone on my account?
I have nothing in my space at the moment, not even in deleted files, yet Dropbox claims I'm using 1.5Gb of 5.75Gb of space. OK, where is it and where can I find all this? I've been all over the Files page here on Dropbox looking for this enigmatic 1.5GB but I'm not seeing it. How do I access this 1.5Gb to see what it is, so I can delete it?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Peter G, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you have any shared folders on your account, or a Dropbox Backup running?
This will help me to assist further!

Yep, it was the Dropbox Backup. I didn't even know that existed! It's not visible - that I can see - from the Files page. How did stuff end up in that?

You would have had to enable the backup feature. It's not difficult. You may have received a prompt to backup your PC or an external drive you connected, and just clicked through it.

Yeah, it's possible I did enable it - I've been using Dropbox for a long time now, well over 10 years. I may well have been prompted for it and forgotten all about it after all this time.
