Why am I not getting space back after I delete files?
Our non-profit is on a basic plan. We deleted files to free up space when we got to the max storage, but system still says we are maxed and need to upgrade. Any tips or work arounds?

Can you post a pic from http://www.dropbox.com/account/plan ?
Note that shared folders use up quota, so, as you remove and delete files it is possible the shared folders are filling it back up.
