Why do I have 103GB and not 3GB?
I have a Dropbox Basic account. I believe I have 3 GB free storage but when I log in it shows 103.25 GB. Is that correct and why?

What does your breakdown show for regular, shared, backup, etc., when you look at your Plan page? Have you checked your backups?

It shows:
Personal Dropbox space Using 59.1 MB of 103.25 GB
Regular files (0 bytes); Backup (0 bytes); Shared files (59.1 MB); Unused space (103.2 GB)

Hi sactec, I hope you're doing well!
Is it possible that you have any active promotions with your account? Do you see anything when you scroll to the bottom of your plan page?
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see there?
Keep me posted!

I have a promotion that gave me an extra 1GB, so I have 3GB on the Basic Plan. I don't see a Plan Page, only the usage bar on the lower left of the screen.
