Why does my referral show as ineligible?
Hi, I just referred a new user to dropbox, they are new to dropbox and have set-up the account but now my referral is showing as 'Ineligible' - please advise why this is?

Hi, thanks for the update. I set-up the new user myself, who is new to Dropbox, on a laptop that was purchased second-hand. The email address has been verified I think. There was already an install of Dropbox on the laptop, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, so not sure why this hasn't worked?

7 months agoHi from me as well, marcrickard! Since you mention referring the new user yourself, is there any chance you were both sharing the same IP address/WiFi connection (at the time the Dropbox app was installed and signed in to at least)?
