Why does my recent Dropbox referral show up as ineligible?
Hi,
I've noticed that the latest referral in my Dropbox account is marked as "Ineligible", but I believe this may be an error. Is there any way to review the referral status and let me know if any additional information is needed from my side?

Hi rostyslavudovenko, thanks for contacting us.
If a referral is showing as ineligible on the Dropbox site, then it should mean that the referral user attempted to activate the referral from the same computer as your current computer or network.
Is this a possibility for that user when they activated that specific referral?
This will help me to assist further!

Jay, the user activated the referral while connected to the same Wi-Fi network, but using a separate laptop.

Was that laptop one that has never had Dropbox installed previously, by anyone?
