Why I can't see the weight of any Folder in iOS app Dropbox or even through website???

Why I can't see the weight of any Folder in iOS app Dropbox or even through website??? Made so people don't feel anxious about file weight and buy paid plans faster?

  • Hi uaxman, I'd be happy to help with this!

Have you tried following the steps mentioned in this Help Center article, in order to check for your folder size?

As for the folder size when using the iOS app, you are indeed correct, you can't see it unless checking for the files individually. I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve.

    Thanks a bunch!
