Your Dropbox is full you can't upload files because you're out of space

We have a professional account and one of our associates is not able to upload to a folder; they are receiving a message that reads: "Your Dropbox is full. You can't upload files because you're out of space. Before you can upload to Dropbox you need to get more space."
I need to know if this is about our associate's Dropbox account or ours - we have 3 TB with most of it showing as unused.

Sincerely,
Amanda

Hi NV12! Thanks for posting on the Community today.

From what you mention, it sounds like there’s an issue with the user’s Dropbox account going out of space, instead of your account.

Are they currently on a free Basic plan perhaps?

    Keep me updated!
