I have files in a folder Library>Audio>Presets that are constantly updated but there is no way to add this folder to the desktop app. The workaround is to copy the folder to another folder to have it...

Hi Theresa,
Thanks for following up and asking!
My primary source of income is in data science and data engineering, but I don’t use Dropbox for that—IT handles backups in that area.
I’ve been making and performing music for over 15 years. Originally, I used Dropbox to store audio bounces and works in progress, mostly for listening on different speaker setups and sharing with collaborators.
I follow the 3-2-1 backup rule, so I upgraded my Dropbox plan to back up files from multiple music computers in a centralized place. It’s more of a “living backup” approach alongside the more periodic backups I do with Time Machine or SuperDuper clones.
This way, I can reinstall a system using Time Machine or a clone, and then layer in newer versions of files from Dropbox. Hope that makes sense!
Would love to hear any hints and tips you have to get more out of the setup.
