After uninstalling the app, the drop box icon stays in my file explorer
and this is the error that comes when i click on it

no i have tried these steps twice and they dont remove the icon

3 years agoCould you try installing the app, and not sign into any account or set it up, and then try uninstalling it again?

okay so i did that and it removed it for a day. it reappeared again today

Hey there usman4, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify if you had installed the desktop app with admin privileges in the first place?
Are you still getting the same error after rebooting your computer?
