After upgrading to Windows 11, I can't search for files within my Dropbox folder

Yes. Dropbox works well. Is located at :D/Dropbox.
But in the Indexing Options of Window Search the Dropbox directory does not appear: 
You can clearly see the problem in this Screen Shot:
