All images are missing in Dropbox Paper

All my uploaded images to Dropbox Paper are not missing, it just showed the icon OBJ. How do I get all those images back?

    Hey anniele, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Are you having this issue when using Paper on a browser?

     

    If so, can you use a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

    Hi @hannah, I have this problem both on my phone and all browsers on the computer. Not sure what and when that happened? I did change my phone couple months ago, is that the problem?

    Hi anniele, changing the phone wouldn't make any difference. Were the images located on your Dropbox account originally?

    @Jay the photos are in my old phone. I mainly used Dropbox Paper on the phone to take note/upload pics from that phone. Not sure if that might be an issue but I thought uploading photos to Dropbox Paper would automatically sync to the account already and will transfer to the new phone?

    Thanks for the update, anniele.

     

    Adding photos to Paper, doesn't really save/sync them to your Dropbox account, it just saves them to the particular Paper document.

     

    If you'd like to save photos to your Dropbox account, you can use the Dropbox mobile app instead.

     

    Can you, however, send us a screenshot of how the contents of the Paper docs appear both on the website and on the app on your phone?
