Blue screen on Windows computer when the Dropbox app is syncing

Hello,

I get Blue screen of death when dropbox synchronisation is running on my computer (after 5 mn approximately). The stopcode is "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR". No problem when dropbox is off or synchronisation suspended.

Other people of my team don't have any problem with the same dropbox account.

I am on the latest version of dropbox (180.4.4912) and on windows 10.

I tried a lot of things without any result (check the firewall settings, PC health etc)

Thanks in advance for your answers and advices.

Hey oscarB1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

This is a strange issue indeed, but let's see what we can do.

If restarting the Dropbox application or your computer doesn't help, can you try an advanced reinstall of the app, to see if that helps?

Let me know how it goes!
