Cannot "Allow" extension in Mac Preferences

I cannot turn on Smart sync because the "allow" prompt does not ever show up in my mac preferences. I click open preferences, and the preferences window pops up, but there are no blocked extensions/p...

Hi there mnp22, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please send us a screenshot of the app's exact status and version as shown in your menu bar at the moment and another one of the preferences you mentioned?

 

If you could also clarify your device's exact OS version, I'd appreciate it.

    I click "enable", then "Open Preferences".

        Hey mnp22, is it the "security & privacy" window that opens after you click on "Open Preferences"?
