Don't see the settings option in the Dropbox app on Android tablet

I no longer have the three horizontal lines next to "Personal" in Files (so no access to settings) and the left region, where I used to be able to switch between linked accounts, is completely blank. I have unlinked and linked, uninstalled and re-installed, and rebooting time and time again. Any suggestions? I have included a screenshot, with the file names somewhat erased.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, susannadf.

    This is quite strange indeed.

Can you let us know what your tablet's OS version is?

And if you go to your Playstore, can you check if there's an update for the Dropbox app for you to install?

    Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for looking at this. I reinstalled the app yesterday- does that automatically install the latest version, updates and all? The problem began at the start of August. Best wishes, Susanna

I have the same problem on my work tablet, also Samsung, but a few years old.

Hi guys, I hope you're doing well!

We have a fix on the way in our upcoming mobile versions, so hold tight!

In the meantime, and as a workaround, to show the side menu you can try rotating the screen by using the auto rotation on your tablet. Can you give it a go?

    Thanks a bunch!
