Dropbox app is stuck indexing two files for weeks on my Windows device.

10 months agoThanks for the screenshots, Michael L.43! Can you go ahead and reinstall the Dropbox app on your computer?
If this doesn’t make a difference, please perform an advanced reinstall instead.

Hi Nancy, thanks for your help. In your support docs thers is a lot about the "advanced reinstall" but I canot find anything about a non-advanced reinstall. Would you please explain how this is done without resyncing 80GB?
